You are
• A good teacher: passing on techniques and tips for land sports at all levels is your passion.
• Responsible: you ensure activities run smoothly and apply safety rules rigorously.
• Passionate: you inspire both guests and colleagues to share your love of sports and tackle challenges with enthusiasm.

You will
• Lead a variety of group sports for adults and children (soccer, volleyball, walking, jogging, etc.), from beginners to experts.
• Promote these sports activities within the Resort and among guests.
• Oversee the proper upkeep of equipment and facilities while respecting Club Med’s hygiene and safety standards.

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments during our guests’ stay. Whether it’s chatting with them, sharing an activity, or showcasing your talents on stage, you’ll be helping create unforgettable memories. Being a G.O is much more than a job: it’s experiencing moments of connection and emotion within a multicultural team.
