You are
- Sociable, able to build genuine connections and earn guests’ trust
- Helpful and attentive, ensuring guests always find solutions to their needs
- Multilingual, fluent in at least two languages (including English) and comfortable with international clientele
- Adaptable, capable of handling varied situations and conflicts with ease while using digital tools effectively
You will
- Assist guests from arrival to departure (check‑in/check‑out) and throughout their stay, including transfers and room changes
- Provide personalized service adapted to guests’ loyalty status and nationality
- Share all relevant information about the Resort, its surroundings, and Club Med standards, products and services
- Follow up on guest requests and complaints, communicating clearly across different channels — spoken, written and digital
- Manage front‑desk accounting operations: payments, guarantees, unsettled bills and billing control
- Contribute ideas to improve daily operations and enhance the guest experience
- Apply Club Med standards, hygiene and safety procedures, and know emergency and evacuation protocols
- Act as Night Receptionist when required by scheduling needs
- Actively contribute to generating additional resort revenue through on‑site sales
You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
