You are

You will

Oversee the cleanliness of rooms and public areas, and report any maintenance issues.
Assist in cleaning rooms and public spaces when required.
Anticipate and respond to guest needs and expectations in a Resort with 250 to 400 rooms.
Ensure correct use of automated cleaning equipment.
Manage stock levels and identify supply needs.
Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with Club Med’s quality standards.
Collaborate closely with other departments within the Resort.
Guarantee adherence to hygiene and safety rules, as well as service excellence standards.
Lead, motivate, and support your teams in their professional development.

You will be a Gentle Employee (G.E)
As a G.E, you will be a key player in Club Med's excellence, working behind the scenes to ensure each day runs smoothly. Whether it’s preparing, organizing, or ensuring our guests’ comfort, you will take on a discreet yet essential role.
You will be part of a multicultural team where every action counts in turning a guest’s stay into a unique experience.
