Your work environment
Swimming pools, theaters, guest rooms, beaches, landscaped gardens… Join Club Med’s Technical team to ensure the safety and proper functioning of all Resort facilities.
The team is made up of professionals dedicated to maintenance and renovation work, ensuring the well-being of guests and staff in our Resorts.
You will help maintain and preserve an exceptional natural heritage, working in unique environments that combine modernity with respect for nature, offering guests unforgettable holidays.

You are

Demanding and professional, carrying out your work with consistency and attention to detail.

Resourceful, able to find creative solutions to optimize workmanship.

You will

Diagnose faults in carpentry works (doors, locks, windows, etc.) and fittings (furniture, storage, etc.), and perform necessary repairs.
Fabricate and assemble wooden pieces for fittings or construction, manually or using machinery.
Restore and refurbish Resort furniture to ensure functionality and aesthetics.
Check and adjust the stability and dimensions of assembled elements to guarantee strength and quality.
Apply and adhere to Club Med hygiene and safety standards while preserving the Resort’s heritage.

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will carry out your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether engaging with them, sharing an activity, or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unforgettable memories.
Being a G.O is much more than just a job, it’s about sharing genuine moments and emotions within a multicultural team.
