You are

• Sociable, able to build relationships with guests and establish a relationship of trust.

• Discreet and organised, attentive to every detail in order to anticipate guests' needs.

• Multilingual, fluent in at least two languages, including English, and comfortable working with an international clientele.

• Versatile and proactive, able to surprise guests with creative and effective solutions.

You will

• Welcome guests and provide them with information while personalising every interaction.

• Handle guests' luggage upon arrival and departure to ensure their comfort.

• Maintain the accessibility of arrival and departure areas, ensuring they remain organised and safe.

• Carry out internal transportation as required to meet the Resort's operational needs.

• Participate in various additional tasks by supporting Resort departments, including the front desk and the setup of meeting rooms or other spaces.

• Apply Club Med standards, hygiene and safety regulations, as well as emergency and evacuation procedures.

You will become a Gentle Organizer (G.O)

As a G.O, you carry out your profession with passion while having the opportunity to take part in key moments of our guests' stay. Whether interacting with guests, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you help create unique memories.
