Your work environment

The team is made up of professionals dedicated to maintenance and renovation work, ensuring the well-being of our guests and teams across our Resorts.

You are

• Experienced as an IT technician or in a relevant technical support position

• A skilled problem-solver, able to troubleshoot effectively in-person or remotely

• A clear communicator, capable of making technical concepts accessible to non-technical multicultural teams

• Well-organised, with solid time-management skills

You will

• Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (card readers, printers, etc.)

• Check computer hardware (HDD, mice, keyboards, etc.) to ensure full functionality

• Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications

• Develop and maintain local networks to optimise performance

• Ensure the security and privacy of networks and computer systems

• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and equipment

• Organise and schedule upgrades and maintenance without disrupting the work of others

• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging, etc.)

• Maintain records and logs of repairs, fixes and maintenance schedules

• Maintain hardware inventory

• Identify computer or network equipment shortages and request replacements when necessary

• Carry out WIFI system checks and replace hardware when needed
