Your work environment

By joining our Finance teams in Resort, you will work closely with multicultural teams and operational departments. Through a proactive and supportive approach, you will contribute to maintaining a professional and positive working environment while helping drive the Resort's financial performance and operational excellence.

You are

• Degree-qualified in Finance, with strong expertise in financial operations, accounting and management tools.

• Rigorous, comfortable working with figures, financial analysis and performance indicators.

• A skilled communicator, capable of presenting financial results clearly to support decision-making.

• A leader, able to motivate, manage and represent your department with both teams and stakeholders.

• Organised and analytical, capable of balancing operational priorities with long-term financial objectives.

You will

• Oversee the Resort's accounting activities and manage a team of 2 to 10 employees across Finance and Logistics functions.

• Monitor contracts, administrative authorisations, budgets, revenue and overall financial performance.

• Define and implement administrative and financial procedures, reporting tools and performance monitoring indicators.

• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and financial governance standards.

• Analyse financial results, identify areas for improvement and coordinate corrective action plans.

• Manage cash flow operations, supervise bank reconciliations and recommend actions to optimise the allocation of financial resources.

You will become a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
