You will

• Ensure dishwashing operations before, during and after the opening hours of the Resort’s restaurants and bars, in compliance with Club Med standards.

• Maintain equipment and ensure its optimal use (pot washing and dishwashing areas).

• Be responsible for the correct and cost-effective use of cleaning products.

• Ensure the proper preservation of tableware and kitchen equipment.

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of work areas (dishwashing and kitchen areas).

• Apply and ensure compliance with Club Med hygiene and safety standards.

You will become a Gentle Employee (G.E)

As a G.E, you will contribute to Club Med excellence by working behind the scenes to ensure the smooth running of every day. Whether preparing, organising or contributing to guests’ comfort, you will play a discreet yet essential role.
