Your work environment
Each Resort features several restaurants and bars — from large‑scale event spaces to more intimate venues — serving our Premium All‑Inclusive offer.

Our refined culinary concept is crafted around five pillars: creating memorable experiences any time of day, surprising guests through a variety of conceptual spaces, promoting well‑being for everyone (including your own), and stimulating the senses through presentation and emotion — all in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.
You are
• Operational, mastering culinary techniques, professional terminology and digital tools
• A leader, able to manage and motivate a team, handle conflicts and assist the Executive Chef efficiently
• Autonomous, capable of making decisions when the Executive Chef is absent
• Organized, anticipating needs while maintaining process discipline and responsive management
• Collaborative, with excellent stock management and effective team coordination
You will
• Assist the Executive Chef and act as their replacement when needed
• Manage and supervise a brigade of 30 to 80 cooks, ensuring setup, replenishment and quality of service (600 to 1,800 covers per meal)
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Stock & Procurement Manager to monitor orders and inventories while respecting budgets
• Oversee and ensure the quality of culinary services and compliance with Club Med hygiene and safety standards (HACCP), in collaboration with other Resort departments (dishwashing, restaurant, bar, etc.)
• Unite and motivate your team around clearly defined objectives and support their development and training
• Analyze results and suggest budget and performance improvements to optimize service and guest satisfaction
You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
