You are

Holder of a swimming proficiency certificate
Pedagogical, able to teach technical and safety rules to guests of all levels
Passionate, inspiring guests to discover, progress and push their limits through water sports
Responsible, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and seamless activity execution

You will

Welcome guests and introduce them to a wide range of convivial water activities, including the Schiller Bike and the Mirage Eclipse.
Teach and oversee nautical activities (sailing, windsurfing, kayaking) from beginner to advanced levels.
Lead a team of 3 to 10 instructors and facilitators, uniting and motivating them around shared objectives.
Guarantee customer safety in all situations.
Promote resort activities, ensuring service quality and adherence to standards.
Cultivate strong customer relationships in line with the Club Med culture and spirit.
Ensure compliance with Club Med hygiene and safety rules, as well as the maintenance of equipment and facilities.

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
Being a G.O is much more than just a job. It is about experiencing and sharing moments of connection and emotion within a multicultural team.
