POSITION

We are looking for a versatile Legal Intern to join our legal team dedicated to supporting the operations of our EMEA resorts. The ideal candidate will have a general background in business law (contract law, commercial law, regulatory matters) and the agility to handle a variety of legal and regulatory issues. An interest in, or experience with, legal operations topics would also be appreciated.

Within the EMEA Operations Legal Department, you will join a team of three lawyers based in Lyon. Working at the heart of the operational teams and in close collaboration with them, you will participate in the department's daily activities for a period of six months starting on January 4, 2027.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Draft contracts in accordance with operational needs and adapt contract templates based on regulatory developments or internal Club Med processes;
Conduct legal research and draft various memoranda and correspondence (formal notices, termination notices, etc.);
Assist in developing legal tools, monitoring systems, and process optimization solutions for operational teams and/or legal teams;
Update contract clause libraries and contractual playbooks with the objective of harmonizing, securing, and standardizing contractual practices, particularly in preparation for the implementation of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool;
Monitor legislative and case law developments and conduct research on contractual law and consumer law issues.

The scope of responsibilities will evolve depending on your level of involvement, autonomy, and motivation!

PROFILE

Holder of a Master's degree in Business Law, a DJCE (Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise), or currently training as a lawyer.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills, attention to detail, pragmatism, and adaptability.
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, with a dynamic and curious mindset.
Good command of English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and legal research databases.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Internship based in Lyon 7th arrondissement, starting in January 2027 for a mandatory duration of 6 months.
Current remote working policy: 8 days per month, subject to team agreement, with a minimum of one day per week on-site; possibility to work remotely for one full week each quarter.
