Your work environment

You will help bring spectacular shows to life in incredible, well‑equipped venues — from the foot of Mont Blanc to beaches of fine white sand.
Each week, 500 to 1,500 guests are dazzled by shows designed and performed by passionate professionals and talented amateurs.
Join a creative and technical team and transform every performance into an unforgettable moment using professional‑grade equipment including lighting, LED screens and advanced sound systems.

You are
• Technical expert, proficient with digital and analog consoles and tools (SOUNDCRAFT, YAMAHA, DANTE Network)
• Artist at heart, with a sensitivity to musical worlds and live music performance
• Skilled in audio software such as Final Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro or Audacity
• Rigorous and organized, able to manage and maintain technical equipment with precision

You will
• Install and adjust sound equipment (microphones, speakers, amplifiers) for the Resort’s shows and events
• Manage the broadcasting of music and soundtracks during entertainment while respecting acoustic regulations and noise levels
• Record or broadcast audio content (ambience, voice‑overs, sound effects) based on artistic requirements
• Perform first‑level maintenance and ensure the upkeep of sound equipment for optimal operation
• Guarantee the safety and proper use of all audio installations
• Collaborate closely with the technical team (Show Coordinator, Lighting Technician, DJ, etc.)

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
