Omnichannel & Sales Assistant – Club Med Pacific

A cross-functional support role bridging the call centre, travel agent portal, and online sales teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include analysing call centre performance, assisting with training and quality assurance, and providing product/comms support. On the systems side, you'll work to streamline travel agent registration, optimise the booking engine, and implement automation improvements. There's also a project management component — leading the rollout of a new omnichannel initiative such as WhatsApp/Chat integration.

Best suited to someone tech-savvy and detail-oriented with a customer service or sales background, strong analytical skills, and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams. A marketing or business degree is a plus.

French & English Fluent Language Preferred.
