Your Mission

As part of our passionate sales team, you will inspire customers to discover life-changing travel experiences while contributing to the growth of Club Med’s direct sales channels.

You will be the key to enhancing customer satisfaction and strengthening client loyalty.

Your Responsibilities

1) Drive Sales Growth:

  • Accelerate direct sales by acquiring, retaining, and engaging customers through tailored offers and complementary services.

  • Ensure compliance with operational standards and secure customer data opt-in.

  • Identify customer-specific business opportunities (partnerships, influencer-based referrals, etc.)

  • Contribute to the evolution of sales processes to ensure efficiency and fluidity in daily operations(customer file, data catching, complaint tracking).

2) Build Lasting Customer Relationships:

  • Provide premium and outstanding services through personalized communication (in person, via phone, or digital tools).

  • Create lasting relationships with customers, proactively guiding them through their journey acting as a trusted advisor.

  • Ensure customer follow-up andsatisfaction.

3) Craft Unforgettable Travel Experiences:

  • Deeply understand customer expectations and motivations to design unique, tailor-made trips.

  • Transform customer aspirations into reality by crafting holidays tailored to their passions, whether they dream of skiing in the Alps or relaxing on remote beaches.

  • Promote top-tier Club Med destinations and services through expertise and inspiration

Your Profile

  • Proven track record of 3+ years in sales roles where you consistently met or exceeded targets.

  • Premium attitude and experience working with high-end customers.

  • Solid command of sales and negotiation techniques.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong networking/communication skills.

  • Strong interest in travel and lifestyle industry. Previous experience in Tour Operator / Travel Agent / DMC / Hospitality is preferred.

  • Perfect knowledge and command of Italian language (written and spoken).

  • Digitally proficient, with experience using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and sales tools.

  • You have experience with business chat, WhatsApp or ticketing tools

  • Fluency in English or French is highly valued in our international environment
