Your work environment

You will create and stage shows in incredible, fully equipped venues—perhaps facing the summit of Mont Blanc or with your feet in the sand on a white sandy beach... Under the spotlight, come and dazzle our 500 to 1,500 guests each week. Both amateur and seasoned performers team up to put on amazing shows that our guests won’t soon forget! Join talented professionals and together turn shows and events into truly awe-inspiring moments, with top-quality professional equipment (lighting, LED screens, sound systems).

You are
• A technical expert, with perfect command of digital and analog tools and consoles (SOUNDCRAFT, YAMAHA, DANTE Network).
• An artist at heart, with a keen sensitivity to musical worlds and live music.
• Familiar with audio software such as Final Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Audacity.
• Rigorous and organized, able to manage and maintain technical equipment with precision.

You will
• Install and adjust the sound equipment (microphones, speakers, amplifiers) for the Resort’s shows and events.
• Oversee the playback of music and soundtracks during activities, while respecting acoustic regulations and volume levels.
• Record or broadcast audio content (ambience, voices, sound effects) according to artistic needs.
• Maintain and perform basic upkeep on sound equipment to ensure it functions properly.
• Ensure the security and proper use of all audio installations.
• Collaborate with the entire technical team (Show Coordinator, Lighting Technician, DJ, etc.).

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you practice your profession with passion while also taking part in key moments of our guests’ stay. Whether it’s interacting with them, sharing an activity, or showcasing your talents on stage, you’ll help create unique memories. Being a G.O is so much more than a job: it’s about experiencing moments of sharing and emotion within a multicultural team.
