You are

The holder of a swimming certificate
Pedagogical, able to transmit technical and safety rules to guests whether they are novices or experienced
Responsible, ensuring the smooth running of the activity while applying safety guidelines
Passionate, motivating guests to discover, progress and take on challenges

You will

Supervise and teach sailing in group or individual lessons, from initiation to advanced improvement
Ensure guest safety by informing them of designated safe navigation areas
Provide personalized services and private lessons
Promote sailing activities within the Resort to attract participants
Maintain and monitor the condition of nautical equipment, materials and facilities
Guarantee compliance with Club Med’s hygiene and safety regulations

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
Being a G.O is much more than just a job. It is about experiencing and sharing moments of connection and emotion within a multicultural team.
