Your work environment
Each Resort features several restaurants and bars — festive or intimate — as part of our Premium All‑Inclusive offer.
Our dining and bar spaces bring guests and teams together, setting the tempo for each memorable moment of the day. From theme nights to special events, you will work in a vibrant environment where precision and team spirit create a premium experience.

You are
• Sociable, comfortable creating connections with your teams and motivating them daily
• Organized, able to manage priorities and ensure seamless service operations
• Responsible, experienced in team management and attentive to detail and quality

You will
• Oversee the organization and operations of the dishwashing service before, during and after restaurant and bar service hours
• Lead and supervise a team of 10 to 20 dishwashing employees, providing daily support and motivation
• Ensure proper maintenance and use of all equipment in the dishwashing areas (small and large machines)
• Preserve tableware and kitchen equipment by ensuring careful handling and storage
• Guarantee compliance with Club Med standards, processes and operational procedures within your department
• Optimize the use of cleaning products and equipment for F&B and sanitation services
• Apply and ensure strict adherence to Club Med hygiene and safety rules and regulations

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
