Your work environment
Each Resort features several restaurants and bars — festive or intimate — as part of our Premium All‑Inclusive offer.
Our bars and dining spaces are places for meeting and sharing, setting the pace for each highlight of the day. From theme evenings to celebratory events, you will work in a multifaceted environment where efficiency and attention to detail create memorable moments.
Our refined concept is built around five pillars: creating memorable experiences, surprising guests with innovative settings, promoting well‑being (for guests and teams), and appealing to the senses through presentation and ambience.

You are
• Efficient, able to handle your workload quickly and accurately
• Rigorous, attentive to detail and respectful of standard procedures and rules
• Organized, following a clear method to guarantee team performance

You will
• Handle dishwashing operations before, during and after restaurant and bar services while respecting Club Med standards
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of all equipment (large and small dishwashers)
• Use cleaning products correctly and economically
• Care for tableware, utensils and other kitchen equipment to ensure their preservation
• Maintain cleanliness and order in all work areas (dishwashing stations and kitchens)
• Apply and uphold Club Med hygiene and safety standards at all times

You will be a Gentle Employee (G.E)
As a G.E, you play a key role in Club Med excellence by working behind the scenes to ensure smooth operations.
Whether preparing, organizing or safeguarding guest comfort, you contribute essentially and discreetly to our mission of delivering unique holiday experiences.
You will be part of a multicultural team where every gesture counts to transform each stay into an unforgettable moment.
