Omnichannel Sales Support Intern — Club Med Australia

About the role

You'll help create a seamless booking experience for our clients and travel agency partners, supporting conversion across all our sales tools. Working alongside our Travel Experience Designers (TED), Business Development Managers and Online team, you'll support call centre operations and improve the systems our customers and agents rely on — from the Travel Agent portal to our internal booking engine.

What you'll do

Call centre support: Produce performance and incentive reporting, coordinate training plans with BDMs, transport, regional and GMDt teams, contribute to quality assurance assessments, and handle day-to-day needs including product queries, regional communiqués, voucher updates and digital issue follow-up.
Systems management: Improve the Travel Agent registration process, gather customer feedback and propose enhancements to the booking engine, introduce automation, and roll out related training. You'll work closely with the Global Marketing and Digital team in Paris.
Dedicated project: Own the rollout of one omnichannel project (for example, a new contact channel such as WhatsApp or live chat, or a new system feature) under the guidance of the Omnichannel Manager.

About you

Tech-savvy, customer-focused and genuinely passionate about travel. You're hands-on, organised and rigorous, with a curious, data-driven mindset.

What you'll bring

Experience in sales or customer service
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills in English
Confidence working with data to draw insights
Ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks
Studying or completed a degree in Marketing or Business (preferred)

Work from Home 2 Days a week!

This ON SITE position is based in Sydney, Australia. Applicants are required to provide a school agreement as this is a vocational position. Candidates must be eligible to possess an Australian Working Holiday Visa.
