You will receive professional training on treatment protocols and product sales from these prestigious brands. All trainings are certified and recognized by wellness professionals worldwide, opening up careers and growth opportunities at every level.
You are
• Responsible, able to train, lead and guide a team effectively and with care
• Ambassador, representing the Spa and partner brands with excellence and professionalism
• Organized, skilled in managing priorities and optimizing Spa operations and efficiency
• Performance‑driven, motivated to achieve ambitious targets by developing Spa revenue and ensuring guest satisfaction
You will
• Coordinate and promote the Spa within the Resort to ensure its visibility and attractiveness
• Lead a team of 5 to 17 Spa professionals by providing training, motivation and development support
• Guarantee the application of protocols and the implementation of Club Med quality standards by your team
• Manage and analyze financial performance while tracking guest satisfaction and service quality
• Reinforce Club Med’s culture and personalized approach to guest experiences to increase loyalty
• Organize and implement commercial events to promote Spa services and product sales
• Oversee inventory, assess supply needs and handle orders in collaboration with your team
• Work closely with other Resort departments (laundry, front desk, etc.) to ensure smooth operations
• Unite and motivate your teams around clear objectives while supporting their professional growth
• Ensure full compliance with Club Med hygiene, safety and environmental standards
You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
