Who are we?
Club Med was founded in 1950 on the idea that the purpose of life is to be happy. The place to be happy is here. The moment to be happy is now.
Since then, our mission has been to create moments of happiness every day and share them with our guests, in nearly 70 Premium and Exclusive Collection Resorts located in the most beautiful destinations in the world.
To make this happen, we have something others don’t: the Club Med Spirit and our five core values of kindness, multiculturalism, responsibility, freedom and a pioneering spirit.
Today, Club Med is the world leader in premium all‑inclusive holidays. We are more than 25,000 Gentle Organizers (G.O) and Gentle Employees (G.E) from over 110 nationalities and cultures, working in Resorts, offices and agencies across more than 40 countries.
Your work environment
For more than 50 years, families and children have been at the heart of Club Med’s priorities.
Our childcare structures offer two distinct services: the Baby Club (4 to 23 months) and the Petit Club (2 to 3 years). Each facility includes adapted spaces such as playrooms, nap rooms, changing areas, welcome zones for parents and a kitchen for meal and bottle preparation.
The goal is to provide high‑quality childcare services that respect each child’s biological rhythm, including awakening activities, outdoor play, gentle walks and nurturing attention, helping children take their first steps in a group environment.
You are
- Reassuring, able to build secure bonds and provide a warm welcome to families
- Caring, attentive to children’s daily needs and overall well‑being
- Curious, motivated by working in a unique environment and leading dedicated teams
You will
- Supervise the operation and childcare within the Baby Club (4 to 23 months) and Petit Club (2 to 3 years)
- Manage a team of 4 to 20 early childhood professionals to meet qualitative and quantitative goals
- Oversee all aspects of the service from opening to closing, including HR, administrative, legal and budget management
- Act as the designated contact for public health authorities, ensuring compliance with all standards and regulatory requirements
- Organize and coordinate age‑appropriate activities (sports, creative, expressive) aligned with the Club Med Family strategy
- Verify and guarantee that hygiene and safety standards are applied by the entire team
- Implement actions designed to achieve the objectives set by the Family Department Manager
You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
Being a G.O is much more than just a job. It is about experiencing and sharing moments of connection and emotion within a multicultural team.
