PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Lawyer BusinessLawis responsible forproviding expert legal support and advice to Club Med on matters relating to business operations, contracts, and regulatory compliance. This role involves managing legal risks, crafting agreements, and aiding in strategic business decision-making processes. The Lawyer plays an essential role in ensuring the company's activities are aligned with legal standards, supporting growth while mitigating potential liabilities.
GENERAL MISSIONS
1.ContractDrafting andNegotiation
Draft, review, and negotiate various business contracts and agreements to protect the company's interests
Ensure all contractscomply withapplicable legal standards and corporate policies
Establish negotiation strategies that achieve favorable outcomes for the organization.
2.Legal Advisory and Risk Management
Provideactionable legal advice on business law issuesimpactingoperations and strategies.
Identifypotential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
Conduct due diligence for business transactions and collaborations.
3.Compliance andRegulatoryGuidance
Monitor changes in business law and regulations to keep the company compliant.
Assistin the development and implementation of compliance programs and practices.
Support auditing processes related to legal compliance and governance.
4.DisputeResolutionandLitigation
Manage dispute resolution processes and engage with external legal counsel as needed.
Represent Club Med in legal proceedingsregardingbusiness-related matters.
Advise onlitigation strategies to minimize legal exposure and costs.
5.Cross-DepartmentalCollaboration
Collaborate with various departments to ensure legal aspects are integrated into business processes.
Provide training to employees on key business law principles and regulations.
Act as a liaison between Club Med and external legal entities or regulators.
6. Management & Leadership
Create a structuring andinspiringframework: Provide a clear andengagingenvironment, givemeaningto actions andembodythe Club Med Spirit.
Develop andempowerteams: Help them develop their skills, encourageautonomyand initiative.
Ensure operationalexcellence: Manage performance withrigorandbenevolence, optimizing time and resources.

Risk Mitigation Success: Reduction in potential legal liabilities through proactive strategies.
