You are
• Organized and responsive, able to prioritize effectively and anticipate needs
• Professional and service‑oriented, ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure
• Collaborative, skilled in coordinating with internal teams and external service providers
• Responsible, maintaining compliance with safety, legal and Club Med standards at all times

You will
• Oversee and coordinate all guest and staff transfer operations between airports, stations and the Resort
• Manage relationships and contracts with transport partners to ensure quality and efficiency of services
• Supervise on‑site welcome operations and departure assistance to guarantee a high‑quality reception experience
• Monitor budgets, invoicing and financial reporting to maintain cost control and operational accuracy
• Collaborate with all Resort departments to align information and support service delivery for guests and staff
• Implement and follow up on Club Med health, hygiene and safety standards throughout all transport operations

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
