Who are we?
Club Med was founded in 1950 on the idea that the purpose of life is to be happy. The place to be happy is here. The moment to be happy is now.
Since then, our mission has been to create moments of happiness every day and share them with our guests, in nearly 70 Premium and Exclusive Collection Resorts located in the most beautiful destinations in the world.
To make this happen, we have something others don’t: the Club Med Spirit and our five core values — kindness, multiculturalism, responsibility, freedom, and a pioneering spirit.
Today, Club Med is the world leader in premium all-inclusive holidays. We are more than 25,000 Gentle Organizers (G.O) and Gentle Employees (G.E) from over 110 nationalities and cultures, working in Resorts, offices, and agencies across more than 40 countries.
Your work environment
Each Resort offers several restaurants and bars — from large event venues to intimate spaces — all serving our premium all-inclusive concept.
Our bars and restaurant areas foster encounters between guests and staff, shaping the rhythm of each day’s highlights.
From themed evenings to festive events, you will work in a dynamic and multifaceted environment that encourages creativity.
Our refined offer is built on five pillars: creating memorable experiences, surprising guests with a variety of conceptual spaces, promoting well-being for all (including your own), and engaging emotions and senses through atmosphere and presentation.
You are
• Sociable, able to build connections and trust with guests.
• Efficient and organized, with strong prioritization skills to minimize waiting times.
• Attentive, delivering a personalized and thoughtful service to each guest.
• Professional, with an impeccable posture, attitude, and grooming in a premium environment.
You will
• Ensure table setup, service, and clear-down operations (serving 600 to 1,000 covers per service).
• Actively participate in service: take orders, serve drinks and dishes, and maintain careful follow-up throughout service.
• Welcome, inform, and advise guests, personalizing their dining experience.
• Propose and promote additional sales, particularly wines and spirits.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med standards, service processes, hygiene and safety regulations, and legal obligations.
You will be a Gentle Employee (G.E)
As a G.E, you will play a key role in Club Med’s excellence, working behind the scenes to ensure the smooth running of each day.
Whether preparing, organizing, or ensuring guest comfort, you will perform a discreet but essential role.
You will be part of a multicultural team where every action counts in turning a stay into a unique experience.
