Context
Contribute, under the supervision of the supply planners within the team, to the preparation, monitoring and reliability of supplies required for resort operations. The apprentice supports a progressively expanding scope, develops their mastery of Supply Chain tools and processes, and contributes to improving service quality without being solely responsible for binding decisions.
PRINCIPLE OF PROGRESSIVE AUTONOMY: Tasks are assigned according to the level of mastery achieved. Final arbitrations, approvals, supplier commitments, budget decisions and risk situations remain under the responsibility of the lead supply planner or manager.
Missions
1. Assist with the operational monitoring of supplies
Prepare, enter or update orders and tracking data in the tools, according to the instructions received.
Check acknowledgements, delivery dates and delivery locations, then report discrepancies to the lead supply planner.
Carry out simple follow-ups with suppliers based on priorities defined by the team.
Update tracking reports for orders, shortages, backorders, substitutions and incidents.
Contribute to the daily monitoring of a scope of resorts or product families, with validation of actions.
2. Contribute to the preparation of forecasts and supply plans
Collect and consolidate useful data: forecasts, consumption, stock levels, occupancy rates and expressed needs.
Prepare first-level analyses and identify inconsistencies or variances to be submitted to supply planners.
Participate in the development of forecasts and supply plans.
Contribute to the preparation of openings, closures, seasonal set-ups and events.
3. Support communication with resorts and suppliers
Prepare and distribute, after validation, information relating to orders and delivery schedules.
Gather the needs and difficulties of resort teams, qualify them and direct them to the appropriate contact person.
Inform the lead supply planner of any identified risks of shortages, delays or anomalies.
Prepare alternative proposals or solutions, subject to validation before implementation.
4. Participate in performance monitoring and continuous improvement
Monitor performance indicators.
Contribute to variance analysis and performance review preparation.
Participate in the administrative follow-up of disputes and credit notes, without autonomous negotiation or closure.
Propose simple improvements.
Profile
Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Flow Management or equivalent field.
Initial experience or internship in logistics, procurement or supply planning is appreciated.
Interest in a multi-site and international environment.
Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of Logistics, Supply Chain or management.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Good command of Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
Interest in ERP, WMS and digital tools.
Ability to communicate in French; professional English is appreciated.

Terms & Conditions
Apprenticeship contract.
Based at Club Med's Lyon.
Current remote working policy: 8 days per month, subject to manager and team approval; possibility to take one full remote working week per quarter.
