You are

• Pedagogical, passionate about teaching and able to adapt your approach to support both beginners and advanced players
• Responsible, ensuring guests’ safety and smooth execution of all activities
• Passionate, using your love of tennis and padel to motivate guests to improve and challenge themselves

You will

• Provide group and individual lessons, from initiation to advanced improvement
• Organize and lead events and tournaments to create unforgettable experiences for guests
• Offer personalized services such as workshops and private coaching sessions
• Promote tennis and padel activities within the Resort to inspire guest participation
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper upkeep of facilities
• Apply and enforce Club Med hygiene and safety standards during all activities

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
