You are

• Sociable, able to build trusted relationships and offer personalized service to guests
• Efficient, skilled at managing priorities and optimizing guest satisfaction
• Passionate about wine and spirits, mastering the art of oenology and eager to share your knowledge

You will

• Welcome, advise and serve guests while providing a warm and personalized experience
• Sell and serve a fine selection of wines by the glass or bottle, as well as premium spirits, tailored to guests’ preferences
• Organize and host wine and spirits events such as tastings or discovery workshops
• Contribute to managing the Resort’s economic and qualitative performance in your area
• Develop additional sales opportunities and help optimize your department’s results
• Benefit from a variable bonus program based on your performance
• Ensure service quality and compliance with Club Med hygiene and safety standards at all times

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
