Stage - Juriste droit social (H/F)

Position:

The Club Med Employment Law Department is looking for a Labour Law Intern starting in January 2027, for a duration of 6 months.

By joining this internship, you will participate in all activities of the Employment Law Department, covering both Village and Headquarters/Agency scopes.

Missions:

• Advising HR and operational stakeholders on all employment law matters, particularly those relating to hiring, the execution and termination of employment contracts;
• Assisting with the management of litigation cases;
• Legal monitoring and research;
• Handling international mobility-related matters.

Profile:

We are looking for a candidate with the following profile:

• At least a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Employment Law; trainee lawyer status would be a plus;
• Significant internship experience in Employment Law would be a plus;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Strong writing skills and analytical abilities;
• Good command of English preferred;
• Rigorous and detail-oriented;
• Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.

Terms and Conditions:

• Internship agreement required only, no apprenticeship contracts;
• Internship based at the Paris 19th headquarters, starting in January 2027 for a duration of 6 months;
• Remote working policy: 8 days per month, subject to team agreement, and a minimum of 1 day per week on site, with the possibility of taking one full remote-working week each quarter;
• Possibility of Workation.
