You will be trained in the treatment protocols and product sales techniques of our major brands. These training courses, certified upon completion, are recognised by wellness professionals.

You will

• Welcome and support guests throughout a tailored and refined wellness journey.

• Perform various types of treatments (facials, body treatments and massages) according to the protocols of Club Med’s major partner brands.

• Promote, advise on and sell treatments and products to increase Spa revenue.

• Ensure cleanliness and organisation of treatment rooms, as well as the proper maintenance of equipment and tools.

• Participate in professional training sessions on brand protocols provided by our prestigious partners.

• Ensure strict compliance with Club Med hygiene and safety regulations.

You will become a Gentle Organizer (G.O.)

As a G.O., you carry out your profession with passion while having the opportunity to take part in key moments of our guests’ stay. Whether interacting with guests, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you help create unique memories.
