The Lodging Team Leader embodies the Club Med spirit and the Exclusive Collection range (Espaces, Villas & Chalets), constantly demonstrating a high level of professionalism while remaining simple, accessible, authentic and human in his relationship with the customer. With the aim of satisfying customers and building their loyalty, he goes beyond their expectations, creating a feeling of unique consideration and exclusivity. He personalizes his relationship with each G.M, knowing how to surprise with finesse to create emotions. His posture is elegant and warm, and his actions are carried out in a spirit of sharing and service excellence.

Job specifications:
- Manage part of the butler team and supervise accommodation and F&B services in the apartments/villas (accommodation and F&B services).
- Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, in compliance with defined product and service standards and health and safety regulations.

You will
- Take advantage of high-quality professional equipment and innovations to ensure working comfort and greater autonomy.
- Receive customer feedback with tact and elegance. Give immediate feedback to your manager, and be a source of suggestions.
- Offer customers the opportunity to enhance their experience with à la carte services.
- Ensure the coherence of the room's atmosphere, respecting the SOPs and the G.M's preferences: temperatures, smells, lights, noise, etc. - Report any malfunctions for immediate action.
- Ensures the replenishment of products and linen in the pantries, and controls linen and hospitality product stocks.
- Assist the Assistant Butler Manager in preparing, setting up and monitoring VIP reception, Club program, M&E and special requests.
- Know and apply Health & Safety standards and all emergency and evacuation procedures, and inform guests accordingly.
