Club Med was founded in 1950 on the idea that the purpose of life is to be happy. The place to be happy is here. The moment to be happy is now.

Your work environment
Each Resort offers several restaurants and bars, from large event spaces to intimate venues, serving our premium all-inclusive offer.
From buffets to plated service, live cooking stations, and numerous festive events, you will have plenty of opportunities to express your craft and creativity while exploring all aspects of our culinary universe.
Our refined offer is built on five pillars: creating memorable experiences anytime and anywhere throughout the day, surprising guests with a multitude of conceptual dining spaces, promoting well-being for all (including your own), and engaging emotions and senses through presentation, all in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
You are
- Rigorous, with perfect mastery of hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
- Motivated, with a strong desire to learn and progress in your profession.
- Passionate, with a solid understanding of the fundamentals of cooking.
You will
- Ensure proper presentation of dishes and make adjustments when necessary.
- Check mise en place, product presentation, and buffet replenishment (serving 600 to 1,800 covers per service).
- Work as part of a dynamic brigade of 40 to 80 chefs, fostering team spirit.
- Provide table service at the buffet, offering personalized guest interaction.
- Guarantee service quality and strict compliance with Club Med hygiene and safety standards.
You will be a Gentle Employee (G.E)
As a G.E, you will play an essential role in Club Med’s excellence, working behind the scenes to ensure the smooth running of each day.
Whether preparing, organizing, or ensuring guest comfort, you will perform a discreet yet vital role.
You will be part of a multicultural team where every gesture counts in turning a stay into a unique experience.
