Your work environment

You are
• A unifying force, with the ability to orchestrate a team.
• Organized, with a talent for anticipating and formalizing.
• Creative, attuned to modern and multicultural art.
• Experienced on stage, ideally in dance.

You will
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all necessary resources (human, material, and administrative) to ensure the success of events and shows, while complying with Club Med’s safety and quality standards.
• Participate in the artistic design of shows by integrating innovative ideas and ensuring they align with Club Med’s vision and unique ambiance.
• Guide and develop the skills of G.O/G.E teams by fostering team spirit and optimizing rehearsals.
• Oversee backstage organization by supervising set design, costumes, props, and decorations for a flawless result.

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you practice your profession with passion while also taking part in key moments of our guests’ stay. Whether by interacting with them, sharing an activity, or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique memories.
