Your work environment
Swimming pools, theaters, guest rooms, beaches, landscaped gardens… Join Club Med’s Technical team to ensure the safety and optimal operation of all Resort facilities.
The team is made up of professionals focused on maintenance and renovation work, guaranteeing the comfort of guests and staff in our Resorts.
You will contribute to the upkeep and preservation of an exceptional natural heritage, working in unique settings that combine modernity with respect for nature, offering guests unforgettable holidays.

You will

• Participate in preventive maintenance of equipment to guarantee optimal functioning.
• Collaborate with the entire Technical Department and subcontractors to ensure effective interventions.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults or malfunctions on various equipment (kitchen appliances, laundry machines, miscellaneous electric devices).
• Install, wire, and connect electrical panels or distribution boards for domestic or commercial premises, in compliance with standards.
• Monitor and optimize energy consumption, identifying opportunities for energy efficiency improvements.
• Raise awareness among teams and contractors about applying safety regulations within the infrastructure.
• Maintain updated and accessible technical documentation to ensure the continuity of equipment operations and interventions.

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will carry out your role with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether engaging with them, sharing an activity, or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unforgettable memories.
