Your work environment
Swimming pools, theaters, guest rooms, beaches, landscaped gardens… Join Club Med’s Technical team to ensure the safety and proper functioning of all Resort facilities.
This team consists of skilled professionals dedicated to maintenance and renovation work, ensuring comfort for guests and staff in our Resorts.
You will contribute to the upkeep and help preserve an exceptional natural environment, working in unique locations that combine modern amenities with respect for nature, offering guests unforgettable holidays.

• Responsible, capable of managing a team effectively.
• Organized, able to manage teams, subcontractors, and service providers while meeting deadlines and priorities.
• Demanding and professional, performing tasks with rigor and consistency.
• Versatile, adaptable to varied technical situations, and comfortable working with both guests and employees.

You will

• Assist the Technical Manager in optimizing the operation of Resort facilities and infrastructure for 1,000 to 1,500 guests.
• Respond promptly to technical requests from guests and staff.
• Participate in planning and managing preventive and corrective maintenance operations, and propose improvements or technical solutions in collaboration with a team of 10 people and subcontractors.
• Prevent operational incidents and conduct technology watch to anticipate needs and adjustments.
• Raise awareness among teams and contractors about applying and respecting safety standards within the infrastructure.

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will carry out your work with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
