Your work environment

You are

Sociable, enjoying building relationships with guests and creating a sense of trust.

You will

Supervise and assist a team of 5 to 10 staff members, ensuring compliance with directives and priorities.
Support the Assistant Restaurant Manager in the operational management of the team.
Guarantee the quality of the welcome and service within your area of responsibility.
Develop additional sales and contribute to optimizing the economic results of your sector.
Ensure compliance with Club Med standards and quality processes, as well as hygiene, safety, and legal regulations.

You will be a Gentle Employee (G.E)
As a G.E, you will play a key role in Club Med’s excellence, working behind the scenes to ensure the smooth running of each day.
Whether preparing, organizing, or ensuring guest comfort, you will carry out a discreet yet essential role.
You will be part of a multicultural team where every gesture counts toward transforming a stay into a unique experience.
