You are

• Sociable, enjoying building relationships with guests and creating a sense of trust.
• Efficient, able to prioritize tasks to reduce waiting times and optimize service flow.
• Attentive, providing each guest with personalized, meticulous service.

You will

• Supervise and assist a team of 5 to 10 staff members, ensuring compliance with directives and priorities.
• Support the Assistant Restaurant Manager in the operational management of the team.
• Guarantee the quality of the welcome and service within your area of responsibility.
• Develop additional sales and contribute to optimizing the economic results of your sector.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med standards and quality processes, as well as hygiene, safety, and legal regulations.

You will be a Gentle Employee (G.E)
As a G.E, you will play a key role in Club Med’s excellence, working behind the scenes to ensure the smooth running of each day.
Whether preparing, organizing, or ensuring guest comfort, you will carry out a discreet yet essential role.
