Your work environment

You are

• Attentive, offering every guest a warm and personalized service.
• An expert, with in-depth knowledge of wines and spirits, and able to impart your passion.
• Responsible, with proven experience managing a team and overseeing wine and spirits sales operations.

You will

• Sell and serve wines and spirits in the bars, restaurants, and during Resort events.
• Manage, train, and motivate a team of Wine & Spirits Sales Specialists.
• Advise clients thoughtfully, adapting your recommendations to their tastes and respecting food and wine pairing principles.
• Handle inventory, restocking, and proper preservation of wines and spirits for a Resort hosting 600 to 1,000 guests.
• Boost additional sales while optimizing the economic performance of your department.
• Organize and promote wine cellar activities and events (tastings, workshops, memorable experiences).
• Benefit from a motivating performance-based variable remuneration package.
• Ensure the application and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will carry out your role with passion while participating in key moments of our guests’ stay. Whether exchanging with them, sharing an activity, or showcasing your talents on stage, you will contribute to creating unique memories.
