PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Marketing Manageris responsible fordeveloping and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, leading marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance data tooptimizeefforts and align with organizational goals.
GENERAL MISSIONS
1.Developmentof MarketingStrategy
Define and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's businessobjectives.
Identifytarget audiences and create tailored strategies for effective communication and engagement.
Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities tomaintaina strong market position.
2.Campaign Management
Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and events.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and adhere to budget constraints.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product development, digital) to align campaigns with business priorities.
3.Team Collaboration & Coordination
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering creativity and accountability.
Work closely with external agencies, partners, and vendors to execute campaigns efficiently.
Ensure brand messagingremainsconsistent across all marketing materials and platforms.
4.PerformanceAnalysis&Optimization
Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) such as ROI, click-through rates, and customer acquisition costs.
Analyze campaign performance and generate insights to recommend improvements.
Maintain regular reporting to senior management with actionable feedback on marketing strategies and results.
5.Budgeting& Resource Management
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and prioritization of high-impact initiatives.
Allocate resources effectively to support campaigns and businessobjectives.
Track expenses and report on budget performance to stakeholders.
6. Management & Leadership
Mobilize and unite around a common vision: Engage teams with clear, inspiring communication aligned with strategic objectives.
Support change and innovation: Anticipate developments, adapt working methods and foster a learning culture.
Developing empowered leaders and teams: Identifying talent, empowering people and creating a climate of trust and recognition.
