We areseekinga motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern to join our ESAP regional online marketing team.The intern willassistin paid media,e-commerceand CRMtasks, working closely with two colleagues based in Kuala LumpurandSingapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assistwith the generation of reports for digital marketing performance tracking and analysisand for regional project management.
  • Assistwith maintenance of creativemanagement platform,mainly foronline advertising purpose.
  • Assistwith maintenance of websites across the regionvia proprietary content management platform and 3rdparty platforms (product information management, smart FAQ, search, personalization).
  • Assistwith monthly maintenance of SEO health checks for websites across the region.
  • Assistwith the creation of EDM templates and content adaptations.
  • Assist with CRM segmentationand audience management, including loyalty programme-related reporting.
  • Perform market analysis and research on competition.
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree student pursuing studies in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, or other related fields.
  • Good workingproficiencyand communication skills in verbal and written English.
  • Familiarity withany content management system,graphic design,Google Analytics, Google Ads, andMetaAds is a plus.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and enthusiastic.
  • Preferably able to commit for 6 months and above.
