PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Supply Chain Coordinatoris responsible formanaging logistical operations and inventory to ensure efficient supply chain processes at Club Med. This role supports the synchronization of supply chain activities,facilitatingsmooth operations across suppliers, warehouses, and distribution channels. TheSupply Chain Coordinatorplays a crucial role inoptimizinginventory control, enhancing workflow efficiency, and ensuringtimelydelivery of goods and services.

GENERAL MISSIONS

1.Logistics and Inventory Management

• Oversee dailylogisticsoperations to ensuretimelyandaccuratedelivery of products.

• Manage inventory levels tooptimizestock availability and minimize excess.

• Coordinate product movement between suppliers, warehouses, and distribution centers.

2.Supplier and Partner Coordination

• Liaise with suppliers to ensure delivery schedules meet operational requirements.

• Support the evaluation of supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among supply chain partners.

3.ProcessImprovementandEfficiency

• Identifyareas for improvement within the supply chain and propose solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

• Implement innovative practices to streamline supply chain workflows.

4.Reportingand Data Management

• Prepare andmaintainaccuraterecords and reports of supply chain activities.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain effectiveness.

• Support decision-making with comprehensive data analysis and insights.

5.Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to legal, environmental, and corporate standards in supply chain operations.

• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

• Maintain documentation and reporting to support compliance audits.

6. Management & Leadership

• Create a structuring and inspiring framework: Provide a clear and engaging environment, give meaning toactionsand embody the Club Med Spirit. 

• Develop and empower teams: Help them develop their skills, encourage autonomy and initiative.
