You are
• A good teacher: adapting your instruction to help beginners and experts alike achieve their goals.
• Responsible: ensuring safety and smooth progression on the green at every session.
• Passionate: you share your enthusiasm for golf, motivating guests to exceed their limits in a friendly environment.

You will
• Conduct group and individual lessons, from introductory to advanced levels.
• Organize and run events or tournaments to enhance the guest experience.
• Provide tailor-made services (training camps, personalized coaching).
• Promote golf activities within the Resort.
• Maintain and oversee equipment, gear, and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med’s hygiene and safety standards.

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay. Whether it’s chatting with them, sharing an activity, or showcasing your talents on stage, you’ll help create unforgettable memories.
