You will
- Welcome guests from all levels and nationalities, adults and children
- Teach theory and practice of fitness activities, promoting practice over theory
- Evaluate skill and develop a pedagogical progression adapted to the needs and levels of students
- Lead activity by organizing private or group sessions (fun and/or instructional...) all offering forms of original and challenging practices for the G.M
- Organize and conduct competitions / tournaments for everyone, adults and children
- Organize and host events related to the activity
- Control and guarantee the application of Club Med teaching methods
- Apply the norms and standards of the Club, according to safety and hygiene standards
- Inform manager and propose corrective actions if necessary
- Maintain equipment and infrastructures in perfect condition in order to offer quality and safety in all times
