What is the SPA Manager's job
Coordinating and promoting the spa area within the resort, this is the role of the Spa Manager at Club Med. You will supervise a multicultural team of therapists, advise the Gentle Members (G.M), our clients, on their choice of treatments, manage stocks and orders and be a brand ambassador to promote the partner of your space (Sothys, Cinq Mondes, Payot, L'Occitane, Mandara Spa). As a Manager, you will have to ensure compliance with hygiene rules, but also set objectives and federate your team around this goal aiming to satisfy the Gentle Members (G.M). The promotion of the service and the implementation of animations to attract customers will also be your responsibility.

To join a Club Med Resort and obtain a contract as a Spa Manager in one of our Resorts in France or abroad, you can apply by sending your CV on our online form.
