Catering at Club Med: a field with multiple possibilities
Club Med has nearly 70 Resorts around the world. Each Resort has bars and at least two restaurants where guests can enjoy local and international specialties. Every year, we recruit new employees to strengthen our teams in those establishments. From cooking to waitering, from bar to dishwashing, Club Med's seasonal restaurant jobs cover more than 30 different professions. You can also work in different areas within the same Resort.
If you don't have any experience but you want to join this branch, we'll focus on your motivation and know-how depending on the job. We can train you and you will have access throughout the year to training sessions to develop your skills.

The food service industry has a real advantage: some jobs do not require diploma. At Club Med, you can start as a Dishwasher and work your way up to a Dish Manager or join the kitchen brigade. You will learn the techniques and specific methods of the profession and enrich your experience.
A seasonal job in the restaurant department in one of our Resorts gives you the chance to develop new skills. You may be asked to take orders in our bistronomic restaurants, offer additional wine sales or clear the tables of our buffet guests during their entire meal like a runner. After two or three seasons, you can evolve from Waiter to Chef de Rang and obtain more responsibilities. Your missions will expand. Whether you are a Commis de Cuisine or a Chef de Partie, Club Med also offers you real career opportunities.
