Your work environment

By joining the HR, Finance, Digital, and Training functions in the Resort, you will work closely with teams made up of multiple nationalities. Your contribution will help create a warm and friendly atmosphere, essential for smooth operations and the well-being of all.
You are

You will
- Manage all training and development for G.E and G.O teams in the Resort:
- First season training: onboarding of new arrivals.
- Manager support training: leadership keys for G.O, skills for station managers.
- Functional training: behavioral skills, sales, languages, management.
- • Work with department heads to prepare a training needs assessment and propose a continuous training plan for the teams.
- • Plan training deployment with managers according to team availability.
- • Partner with Resort heads to deploy technical training programs.
- • Design and update onboarding content and mobilization for key G.O roles.
- • Deliver training sessions in partnership with the technical content manager.
- • Manage logistics necessary for the smooth running of training sessions.
- • Contribute to events and projects of the “Université des Talents” (Club Med Talent University).
