Your work environment
The Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) team at Club Med ensures the safety and peace of mind of our guests for a worry-free vacation.
As a prevention professional, you contribute to their well-being throughout their stay. Your work environment is designed to respond efficiently to their needs, and every intervention plays a critical role in maintaining their peace of mind.
You will work within a dedicated team where responsiveness and empathy are key to delivering quality service. Your role is vital in managing emergencies and implementing prevention protocols, making a direct contribution to a safe guest experience.
You are
Graduated in HSE, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HSE or QHSE.
A teacher at heart, able to guide and train effectively.
Observant, with strong listening and analytical skills.
Responsible, capable of handling crisis situations with composure.
Proactive, proposing preventive actions in advance.
Implement and monitor the Health, Safety, and Environment policy within the Resort.
Support your team and service managers to ensure the execution of procedures.
Maintain strong relationships with local authorities.
Efficiently coordinate crisis units when needed.
Communicate proactively with office-based and Resort teams.
Suggest improvements and integrate feedback to optimize protocols.
Raise awareness among guests and staff about Club Med’s HSE initiatives.
Monitor and ensure proper supply of necessary equipment and materials.
As a G.O, you will carry out your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether engaging with them, joining an activity, or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique memories.
