Your Work Environment
At Club Med, each season, our G.O and G.E teams provide our clients with amazing vacations. The support teams are there to assist them on a daily basis. By joining the HR, finance, digital, and training functions in the Resort, you will work closely with all these teams composed of multiple nationalities. You will contribute to creating a warm and friendly atmosphere, essential for smooth operations and everyone's well-being.
You Are
Graduated in Human Resources with a deep understanding of social legislation and labor law.
A leader, capable of managing a team and representing the HR department to employees and managers.
Discreet, ensuring confidentiality and transmitting information to the right stakeholders.
Meticulous, organized, and comfortable with office tools (Excel).
You Will
Be responsible for personnel management and the application of social legislation within the Resort.
Support managers and their teams (between 150 and 450 employees) in their missions.
Manage and supervise a team of 2 to 3 HR collaborators.
Optimize payroll and ensure rigorous cost management.
Oversee the employee integration and evaluation process according to labor law regulations.
Develop and implement a local recruitment strategy.
Manage relations with staff representative bodies.
Unite and motivate teams around defined objectives and support them in their professional development.
