Club Med was founded in 1950 on the idea that the purpose of life is to be happy. The place to be happy is here. The moment to be happy is now.

Your work environment
Each Resort offers several restaurants and bars, from large event spaces to intimate venues, serving our premium all-inclusive offer.

Our refined offer is based on five pillars: creating memorable experiences anywhere, anytime throughout the day; surprising guests with a variety of conceptual dining spaces; promoting well-being for all (including your own); and engaging emotions and senses through presentation, all in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
You are
- Operational, with solid mastery of culinary techniques, professional terminology, and confidence with IT tools.
- Responsible and a teacher at heart, capable of managing and organizing your team’s workflow.
- Organized, able to anticipate needs, respect processes, and act with responsiveness.
- Cooperative, with strong skills in inventory and supply management while collaborating effectively with other teams.
You will
- Supervise and motivate a team of 4 to 6 cooks while supporting their skills development.
- Manage orders, stock, and production for your station (hot, cold, breakfast, appetizers, cocktails, events).
- Check mise en place, presentation, and buffet replenishment (serving 600 to 1,000 covers per service).
- Offer personalized plated service at the buffet or in our bistronomic restaurant.
- Ensure service quality while strictly complying with Club Med hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
- Unite and motivate your teams around defined objectives while guiding them in their professional development.
You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will carry out your role with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether engaging in conversation, joining an activity, or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unforgettable memories.
Being a G.O is much more than just a job, it’s about sharing genuine moments and emotions within a multicultural team.
