Golf Secretary (Club Med Bintan, Indonesia)
Club Med Ria BintanCore responsibilities:
Office Support:
- Greeting visitors and acting as a receptionist.
- Assisting supervisors and staff with general tasks.
- Handling inventories and window display
- Organizing golf schedule
Correspondence & Communication:
- Answering phones, taking messages
- Handling and distributing incoming emails
- Drafting and preparing formal documents and end of month reports
- Organizing transportation for clients with reception
Administrative Systems:
- Liaising with clients, vendors, and external organizations.
- Maintaining confidential company documents and records.
- Operating POS and Office systems
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, etc.), as well as familiarity with email and document management
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail ensures accuracy in documents, reports and scheduling
- Adaptability: The ability to multitask and handle various duties assigned
- Spoken Language: English (Mandatory); Korean, Mandarin or French is a plus
