You are
• Discreet and organized, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for every guest.
• Attentive, providing personalized service for a unique guest experience.
• Meticulous, with impeccable attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness and presentation.
You will
• Perform daily cleaning of rooms and public areas according to the schedule.
• Check cleanliness and equipment functionality, reporting any anomalies.
• Suggest improvements while maintaining Club Med standards for each operation (deep cleaning, refresh, turndown service, or common areas).
• Personalize your approach according to customer needs and pace.
• Use automatic cleaning equipment correctly and safely.
• Respect hygiene, safety, and waste management rules while optimizing resource consumption.
You will be a Gentle Employee (G.E)
As a G.E, you will play a key role in Club Med’s excellence, working behind the scenes to ensure each day runs smoothly.
Whether preparing, organizing, or ensuring guest comfort, you will perform a discreet yet essential role.
